It is 100% volunteer-driven and aims to foster, preserve, and advance the public's appreciation of Scottish and Celtic traditional sports, dance, music, visual art, culture, and heritage. They provide public exhibitions, performances, Highland Games, and festivals featuring professional and amateur competitors, artists, artisans, and performers. The association encourages both adults and youth to study, practice, and develop the arts and traditions of Scottish and Celtic sports and arts, including Heavy Athletics, Historic European Martial Arts, Highland Dancing, Piping, and Drumming. They sponsor instruction sessions, workshops, competitions, and other activities to support this mission.
