Camping on Vancouver Island

Vancouver Island is one of the greatest places in Canada to camp, boasting everything from manicured campgrounds that are perfect for families to quiet locations nestled in nature. Private and provincial campgrounds provide an affordable way to connect with nature, spending quality time with the important people in your life or simply on your own. Park an RV near the beach, pitch a tent on the lakeshore, or stay in a quiet and cozy yurt.

The region has hundreds of picturesque campgrounds that make for a great basecamp to share stories, enjoy locally-sourced meals, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
